If you don't have holiss scoop, please use approx. 1 tbsp. Drink 1 or 2 times daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. We recommend using Duracell batteries for the electric mixer to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Please note that batteries are not included with the mixer.
